Sleep Inn & Suites Queensbury - Lake George

The breakfast was plentiful, eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious coffee plus all the extras like waffle station, bagels, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal etc. The 2 woman that were refilling and cleaning up work very hard, were friendly and even assisted an elderly man by making his plate for him. Keep in mind although this breakfast is included in your stay, the servers should get an additional, well deserved tip. They were terrific! We had a problem with the pocket door in our room not closing all the way. The front desk 3-11 shift was Ciera who was an absolute delight!!!! Ciera was friendly, accommodating and even came up to the room Saturday night to look at it herself as they didn’t have a maintenance worker on at the time. She brought a fold out bed up for my son who was staying for the night in place of my boyfriend. She went above and beyond. They have a wonderful staff!

Staff is great , all friendly , very accommodating . Room was clean , bathrooms are nice , jacuzzi was relaxing !! When we discovered a issue with one of the beds , Nicki I believe it was at the front desk made the situation completely painless !! We were in another suite within minutes !!! Kids loved the pool , all around great stay !!

Close to everything, stores, restaurants, no to far from balloon fest. Front desk friendly and smiling, Janice was the best I had explained about checking out at 3 am and she made sure we had our breakfast snacks to take with us since we couldn’t stay for breakfast time:)

Clean and affordable. Been here 3 times zero complaints. You can’t beat the location directly across from Walmart. If you need anything, beds are extremely comfortable. There’s a free breakfast if you choose to eat located near a many restaurants not too far from Lake George or Saratoga Springs.

The staff is wonderful and the room was comfortable, they actually upgrade me.
